  • Offer networking opportunities for team members to share their capabilities:  Scrum Team members can strengthen their credibility and influence others by presenting on topics where they have expertise, such as launching "daily sprint" sessions. 
  • Encouraging Scrum Team: Treat the Scrum Team as one of the most important parts of your organization. Support is a key element in building the trust and engagement of Scrum Teams and Development Teams.

Meet assumptions, Stay faithful to your obligations and responsibilities.    Taking responsibility for your task & being efficient at it not only helps you grow but as it makes you a trustable member of your team. Keep up to your promises & commitments towards the team it will enhance the trustability of the team.  

  • Be Competent, work & focus on your skill & help others as well.

Be capable, Utilize your abilities adequately and on the off chance that you don't know something, look for help from the individuals who do. Individuals are bound to trust somebody who isn't reluctant to request help than somebody who professes to know everything except then commits errors. A competent member of the Scrum Team maintains the pace of the work and motivates the other team members to grow and trust one another. 

  • Be the most reliable & trustworthy member for your Scrum Team. 

Continuously act with trustworthiness, it will help other Scrum Team members to realize you can be trusted. Being able to trust other Scrum Team members is being in a responsible position & as you are responsible & motivated towards your task, it will help & motivate Scrum Team members to gain trust & be more trustworthy. 

  • Be a team leader, make your Scrum Team that they can rely on you. 

Leadership is about trusting your team. Resist the urge to question the team if you think they have underestimated their work or velocity, for example., You might be wrong, but even if you aren't, they may voluntarily add in additional work to make up the shortfall later. Provide examples of genuine issues in the Sprint Retrospective and then allow the team to decide how best to address them.

  • Focus on building a trustworthy environment for your Scrum Team

Whenever you can, always ensure contracts between two parties are mutually beneficial; if either party is unhappy, trust is shattered. Make an environment where all the members of the Scrum Team members can trust & rely on each other. Remember trust & being a trustworthy member of the Scrum Team is very essential for your Scrum Team to be efficient.

Agile Teams that self-organize rely on trust. Agile Teams are able to communicate quickly and respond quickly to changes when they arise thanks to trust. In a Scrum Team without sufficient trust, members will hoard information, form cliques, dodge responsibility, and hide their actions.
