Welcome back, Scrum enthusiasts. We have been continuously increasing your knowledge base for the CSM exam. In prior posts, we discussed the Agile Manifesto and Scrum Theory. Today, we'll look into Scrum values.

Scrum emphasizes five essential ideals that govern the behaviors and interactions of a Scrum Team. Understanding these values is critical for successful Scrum adoption and passing your CSM certification.

Let's test your knowledge with some sample questions:
