In the Scrum Master role, one will be the leader and facilitator of the Scrum process. Key Roles at Different Levels 

The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a powerful tool for companies looking to become more Agile. It consists of four levels, i.e., Team Level, Program Level, Portfolio Level & Solution Level:

• Team Level

From the Product Owner to the Agile Team and the Scrum Master, SAFe requires a variety of roles to ensure a successful implementation. • Program Level

The system team's primary focus is to design an environment that enables development, while the DevOps team deploys the software by automating the process. This team also provides support for test automation and staging system sprint demos. Together, they make sure every step of the development process is handled efficiently and effectively.

• Portfolio Level

This value stream can be divided into two categories- the operational stage, which focuses on providing products and services to customers and generating income, and the development stage, which consists of developing new products and features.

How does the SAFe Scrum Master role differ from Scrum?

The SAFe Scrum Master role is very different from the traditional Scrum Master role.

The SAFe Scrum Master is responsible for helping the Agile Release Train (ART) work together to achieve the common goal. This includes facilitating the activities of the Scrum teams, such as planning and sprint reviews, and helping the teams resolve issues and impediments.
