Scrum Alliance Gatherings not to be missed
Being a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer, I understand the value that the Scrum Alliance Gatherings bring to the world especially to Agile coaches, trainers, practitioners amongst others. The learning potential that these Gatherings offer is immense. I have attended, spoken, organised and volunteered at several Scrum Alliance Gatherings since 2014.
Scrum Alliance sponsors Global and Regional Gatherings across the world. Typically, the flagship Global Gatherings happen once in USA every year, and once in Europe. The Regional Gatherings happen on a smaller scale, but at many more locations around the world every year.
Several hundreds to couple of thousands of participants attend the Gatherings across the world. Some of the participant roles are: Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, Organisational Leaders, Trainers, Agile Coaches, Entrepreneurs, Release Managers, Portfolio Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Architects, Testers, Departmental Leads, Product Management Leads, Project Managers, Product Managers, Investors, Product Architects, Program Managers and Management teams.
There will be key note sessions, speaker sessions during several parallel tracks, 1-1 individual coaching sessions, mentoring sessions, trainers clinics, open spaces, quiz programs, cross words etc. The speaker sessions during several tracks include SME talks, experience reports, real-world case studies, research findings etc. The participant gets to choose which track to attend based on one own choice of learning, speaker etc.

Another interesting Gathering to watch out this year is the Regional Scrum Gathering Hyderabad during Jun 20-21 2020. As a first of its kind in India, three Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainers (CSTs) Suresh Konduru, Nanda Lankalapalli and Vijay Bandaru are coming together to host the conference.
This conference boasts tracks such as Enterprise Agility, Leadership Agility, Product Agility, Technical Agility, Facilitation and Coaching, Mosaic.
